At Jamie Kay USA, we want you to love every piece you purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
